Tatler Asia, the organiser of Tatler XFEST Hong Kong, announces the 50% refund process for those who purchased tickets through official channels for the match between Hong Kong Team and Inter Miami CF on 4 February 2024.
Customers who purchased tickets through the official ticketing platform, Klook, for the match on 4 February 2024, will receive an email notification from Klook on 18 March 2024, sent to the email address used for the ticket purchase (please check your junk mail box as well if you don’t receive the email).
Customers will have until 23:59 (HKT) on 12 April 2024 to respond and accept the terms and conditions of the 50% ticket refund. Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the 12 April 2024 deadline. Payment times may differ depending on the recipient’s bank policy and process.
Customers who purchased tickets directly from Tatler Asia Limited, including tickets from event sponsors and partners, will be contacted by their dedicated account manager with information on ticket refunds.
