Effective immediately, Stephanie Tay will become the Managing Director of Tatler Singapore in recognition of her solid performance and outstanding contribution since she joined the business over six years ago.
Tay took on the role as Acting Managing Director from 1 October 2021 and has demonstrated her commercial leadership skills by posting solid performance results.
“Stephanie has built strong client engagement, identified new revenue streams and has developed Tatler Singapore’s business strategy towards our goal of Asia’s number one luxury group” Michel Lamunière, Chairman & CEO, Tatler Asia.
As with all Managing Directors, Stephanie’s key focus will be to develop the business plan to meet strategic objectives, driving revenue and running daily operations to maximum efficiency through designing organisation and talent plans.
Lamunière goes on to say, “I would like to congratulate and thank Stephanie for her commitment and can-do spirit during the challenges we have faced with the pandemic”.
Tay’s team in Singapore has posted solid results in the first half of 2022 and are working on key initiatives that will inspire and empower the Tatler communities in Singapore.
Equipped with more than 20 years of commercial experience and over 18 years of leadership experience, Stephanie knows what it takes to navigate business challenges, overcome obstacles, and deliver results in key areas, including product development, sales, marketing management, business planning and revenue optimisation.
Skilled in integrated marketing, advertising, sales, event management, and media planning, Stephanie is a schooled sales professional with a Bachelor Degree in Business, with a Marketing major from Queensland University of Technology.
