Tatler Asia is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager. This role will support the President in developing and executing business strategies for philanthropy-related projects and Tatler Venture initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to drive brand development and business revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Conduct research and business analysis.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans.
- Prepare commercial pitch decks and track commercial progress.
- Drive brand development and business revenue growth through strategic initiatives.
Project Management:
- Assist the President in managing various projects, including strategic partnerships with major philanthropy organizations and financial institutions.
- Oversee summits, events, and experiential initiatives.
- Work closely with internal teams and markets to develop the project plan and implementation timeline.
- Act as project manager and assign clear roles and responsibilities among project team members.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Qualifications
- At least 5+ years experience in business development and project management
- Strong business, marketing, and commercial exposure.
- Proven project management skills; highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Understanding of thought leadership topics.
- Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
- Cantonese and Mandarin are advantages but not required.
