Commercial Planner (Hong Kong)

To provide administrative support to our Commercial Team.


  • Generates and processes new sales leads as necessary
  • Answers phone calls / emails and provides customer service to customers
  • Follows up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product
  • Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team
  • Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents
  • Manages advertising client database
  • Provides general administration support



  • Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with senior business executives
  • Ability to work under pressure, self-motivated and independent
  • Energetic and enthusiastic, and a strong team player
  • Mature and outgoing personality
  • A focused, highly organised, and detail oriented individual
  • Degree or Diploma with some work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SalesForce
  • Previous experience in general administration desired
