Digital Ad Operations Campaign Manager (Hong Kong)

The role is responsible for executing the implementation of creative
assets for digital advertising campaigns, technical QA of ads individually and in relation to site compatibility,
applied knowledge of ad-server delivery requirements, and campaign optimization analysis.

● Execute and implement digital advertising campaigns to ensure accurate impression, performance,
and revenue delivery
● Coordinate with Client Services team to obtain creative asset materials, and launch digital
advertising campaigns
● Execute trafficking of new contracts from the contract management system to the ad-serving
platform (GAM: Google Ad Manager). Review to ensure accurate scheduling details are included,
and clarify any ambiguities
● Maintain pre and post-launch QA process for all ads (third-party tags, custom/native creatives),
assuring that all ads meet creative specs, and are tracked properly both internally in GAM, and by
external third parties
● Troubleshoot creative issues, implement custom executions, monitor under/over delivery issues,
optimize for viewability, address brand safety concerns, and be knowledgeable about site ad
tagging logic to address ad disruption escalations
● Collaborate with commercial teams to review, optimize, and ensure success of campaigns based-on
campaign KPIs
● Join calls with clients to understand advertising specifications and discuss custom or complex
● Provide existing/historical AdOps perspective for program feedback during proposal process to
generate compelling renewable advertising programs
● Stay educated on key developments in the rapidly changing digital advertising ecosystem. (e.g
Viewability, brand safety, invalid traffic etc.) and utilize that knowledge to update or build new
processes that support changing industry needs

● Minimum two years’ experience with digital ad serving systems and trafficking required
● Understanding of ad yield and online performance metrics required.
● Experience using online ad databases
● Knowledge of programmatic advertising
● Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, and
● Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve complex problems
● Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally
● Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
● Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure and deadline
● Proven ability to see the “big picture”—to recognize and prioritize concurrent projects with
different timelines to maximize revenue and client satisfaction
● Good verbal and written communication skills
● Be able to think strategically and act tactically. Willing to roll up your sleeves and do what needs
to be done
● Be a problem-solver, not a problem alerter
